"I'm almost absolutely certain she'll want one. She adores you, you know, and if she has an excuse to dress like you do, I think she'll leap on it." Saoirse likes to dress up nicely anyway, when she is in the mood, and a little suit sounds right up her alley. Thomas smiles and squeezes Greta's hand again.

"Then I suppose I will be making nice with Krem and doing him whatever favors he asks for, to get Saoirse a suit of her own."

A child's suit would need to be bespoke, he thinks. She grows too fast and besides, he doesn't know if they'd even be able to find a little suit in her size to be tailored in the first place. But Thomas doesn't mind the prospect of paying for it. Maybe he does spoil her, a little.
